You will receive an ID and the warehouse address. All information about your orders/products and all movements related to your personal account and parcels will be displayed in your account.
You place an order to be delivered to our warehouse (if, for any reason, you are unable to complete the purchase, our manager will assist you with this matter).
The warehouse staff can check the tracking, return the item to the seller, and consolidate the shipment.

Delivery time depends on the chosen method of transportation (air, sea) and the destination country.
Tracks are stored at the warehouse for free for 30 days. Storage fees are charged from the 31st day at a rate of $0.50 per track per day. If storage fees are not paid within 70 days, the track will be disposed of.
For customs clearance, an invoice, a link to the product, and a bank statement are usually required.
Yes, there is a consolidation service that allows you to collect multiple packages at the sender's warehouse and ship them as a single shipment to save on delivery costs (the service is free for our clients).
