Where this station came from
We are not an equipment manufacturer that decided to move into logistics. We are a logistics company that got tired of measuring parcels with a tape measure.
Where this station came from
Vector has been operating since 2014. In 2019 we launched our own warehouse management system, because the off-the-shelf ones did not cover what we needed, and with it the first version of the weighing and dimensioning station: tape measure, scale, phone and manual entry were eating the shift, and there was nothing on the market at a sane price.
The station has been on our packing table ever since. In that time we rebuilt it several times, not from market feedback, but from what broke and got in the way during our own shifts. Version 4 is the one that went into production, and it is the one we sell.
Today this is two products and two companies: Vector is the warehouse, the logistics infrastructure and the service; Crauzer is the equipment and the CRM. We use both the station and the Crauzer system every day.
That is the only guarantee we can honestly give: if something fails at your site, it will have failed at ours first.

The manufacturer. The build is modular: a new module is usually shipped within 7 days.
Who is the contract with?
With the seller in your country. The seller’s details and the terms of payment, delivery, warranty and returns are set out in the contract.
