Honestly, where we are

Right now the programme has one partner — in Bosnia. We are opening three to five more countries and looking for people who already have access to customs and local delivery. Terms for the first partners will be better than for those who come later.

Three things nobody else does

We went through the four companies that offer the same model: MyUS EX5 (Aramex group), Meest America, Global Shopaholics and Qwintry Logistics. Here is what none of them has.

01

We will not become your competitor

All four run their own retail brand in their partners’ countries — MyUS runs two. We give contractual country exclusivity and a written commitment not to sell retail in your market. No player in the world offers this publicly.

02

We publish our prices

Zero out of four show a single figure: no fee, no monthly rate, no per-parcel price, no exit terms. A partner physically cannot compare offers. Our entire price list is further down this page.

03

We work with entrepreneurs

MyUS sells to postal operators and banks, Qwintry to established forwarders, Global Shopaholics does not describe the partner’s role at all. Our partner in Bosnia arrived with no logistics background — the programme was built around him.

Compared with our direct competitors

Four companies in the world offer a US warehouse plus a platform under the partner’s brand. Figures from their public materials, August 2026.

We guarantee that we do not work with your clients directly and do not sell retail in your country. This is fixed in the contract.

Vector provides the US warehouse and the logistics infrastructure. Crauzer provides the CRM and the equipment. The partner works in their own country under their own brand with their own client base: receiving cargo, clearing customs, delivering.

This is not a franchise: you are not buying rights to our brand and you pay no royalty for the name. You plug into the warehouse and the system, and the business stays yours.

Manufactured by Crauzer. Vector is the manufacturer’s official partner and runs the station in its own warehouse. crauzer.com

We do not treat the software as the main value — the market is full of it. The value is that the warehouse, the rates, compliance and the launch come with it and work tomorrow, not in six months.

The system itself, its tiers and a video of it in operation are on a separate page: CRM

Freight

Air and sea rates are quoted for your specific route — they vary too much between countries to publish a single grid. The airline charges roughly $200 flat per shipment plus a per-kilogram rate, which is why shipping becomes noticeably more profitable from 100 kg per week.

And if you compare it with a logistics franchise

No franchise in the world sells the model “US warehouse → consolidation → delivery to your country”. They sell either a retail packing shop in the USA or resold carrier discounts. Their terms are still a useful benchmark — and the point is not the money.

The money

Total investment per their FDD$46,750 – $606,081
InXpress royalty30% of gross margin
Unishippers royaltyup to ~47% of profit
Contract lock-in5 – 20+20 years
With us$999 + from $69 a month

And this part is not about money

What a franchise demands beyond the fee:

A personal guarantee from the owner and their spouse
A US lease of 10+ years, signed personally and before the franchise agreement
Full-time presence on site; an absentee owner is expressly forbidden
A 2-year non-compete covering the entire United States
The territory is usually not exclusive
With us: you leave, and that is it. No penalties, no term, no guarantees.

Figures from current FDDs: The UPS Store, PostNet, Goin' Postal, Annex Brands, Craters & Freighters, InXpress, Unishippers. Their networks are shrinking, too: InXpress −35% of locations, Unishippers −33%, Goin' Postal −71% over ten years.

Work out your economics

Move the sliders to match your scenario. Take the freight rate from carrier quotes for your country — it affects the result more than anything else.

From 430 kg a month (about 100 kg a week) the economics improve noticeably
In Bosnia local operators charge $22 per kg; in Serbia about $8.35 plus $15
Include the flat part here too: the airline charges about $200 per shipment on top of the per-kilogram rate

What it looks like in practice

What it looks like in practice

Our partner in Bosnia ships from the Delaware warehouse and sells delivery to end customers at his own price list. These are his real rates — he set them himself. For comparison, the local operator KupiGlobal charges $22 per kg.

Delivery USA → Bosnia$20 / kg
Minimum charge$10 for 0.5 kg
Buy-for-me12%, min $5
Insurance3% of value
Consolidation, repackingfree

The partner asked us not to name the company. It works because Bosnia’s duty-free threshold of 300 BAM (about €153) removes duty and VAT at the same time.

Questions we get asked

Will you take my clients?

No. We do not work with a partner’s clients directly and do not sell retail in your country — it is in the contract you see before signing. All four of our competitors do run their own retail brand in their partners’ countries.

Is it expensive?

The system starts at $69 a month plus $999 setup. What matters is not the subscription line but the full cost of launching: software at $149 a month plus warehouse rent, staff, carrier contracts and six months of setup — against our price, which works tomorrow.

Is there country exclusivity?

Yes, from one tonne a week. No player in the world offers contractual country exclusivity publicly — we do.

What if I want to leave?

Just leave. There are no penalties and no fixed term, and you take your data with you. For comparison, franchises lock you in for 5 to 20 years with a personal guarantee.

Do I need my own developers?

No. The system is cloud-based and we do the setup. Integration with your local postal operator is included in the Complete tier; anything else is quoted separately.

How much do I need to start?

For us — $999 and the first subscription. The rest depends on your country: legal entity, broker, local delivery, marketing. Work out your own scenario in the calculator above.

Who is liable for the cargo?

While the cargo is at our warehouse, we are: if we lose or damage it, we refund you. During air transport the airline’s own rules apply.

Where do you not ship?

Russia, Belarus and Iran. The ban on forwarding there is fixed in the partner contract — it protects both you and us.

See the system from the inside

We will show you a demo set up for your country, model the economics on your volumes and give you access to the system for three weeks. No commitments.
